My second time visiting Pamela’s and having my nails done by Lisa, and I felt really comfortable and welcome again.

As a guy going into a nail salon, it’s lovely to feel completely at ease. This was my second time having cat-eye nails and Lisa did them perfectly again. I went for a different colour this time and absolutely love it.

I’m usually one of the first appointments of the day and I’m always offered a cup of tea, which is a lovely touch.

What I really appreciate is the attention to detail. It’s not just about making the nails look great — Lisa also makes sure the skin and area around the nails looks neat and cared for too.

Really lovely salon, amazing nails and great service. I’ll definitely be back.
